Studio 870 is 1600 square feet with brand new flooring in the main shooting areas and an abundance of natural light. The studio also includes:
- A large In Person Sales/ Meeting room
- A large makeup area with two stations
- A coffee bar and mini fridge (Snacks and beverages are for our Monthly Members only)
- A dressing area with clothing rack
- One huge shooting area with a wall of east-facing windows
- A backdrop wall
- 2 Rolling wood backdrops (one 10 ft, one 7 ft) with single backdrop mounts on either side
- One bedroom-sized shooting area with a wall of North windows, complete with Queen sized blow up mattress, boho chair, and more! (perfect for boudoir, newborns, and lifestyle family and couples’ sessions)
- A remodeled bathroom
- A variety of furniture and props

Rent by the Hour
$75 an hour/ 2 hour minimum
$300 Half Day- Up to 5 Hours
$450 Full Day- up to 8 hours

VIP Membership $600 a MO.
Includes:
12 hours of studio time per month (on an as-is available basis)
Access to drinks and snacks available in the mini fridge
Ability to hang your samples and work on the walls when using the space
20% Discounted rate on additional studio hours
3 month minimum required
Membership Requirements
Must sign contract with card info/agree to auto payments for minimum of 3 months
Proof of liability insurance required
After 3 months can cancel or opt to renew. If you cancel, you may be subject to new, higher pricing. If you renew, you are grand-fathered in at the current rates.
